Black Barb Pigeon
The origin is unknown. This is a very old breed. It is possible it originated in some Middle Eastern country centuries ago. This is strictly an exhibition breed. It weights approx. 13 ounces and is medium size. These are all self colored birds in Black, Reds, Yellows, Duns and white. The eye and beak wattles are tremendous and beak short.
